1. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the quoted service price. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible and are subject to availability.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for ensuring the property is accessible, presentable, and ready for imaging at the scheduled time. 360 ProScan is not liable for delays or inability to complete services caused by access issues, occupants, pets, or property conditions. The Client is also responsible for notifying 360 ProScan Advanced Imaging promptly upon the sale or transfer of the property.

3. Scope Exclusions — Restricted Access Areas

360 ProScan Advanced Imaging does not scan or document attic spaces, crawl spaces, or any area deemed unsafe or inaccessible at the operator's discretion.

4. Deliverables & Turnaround

Final deliverables will be provided digitally via a secure link or cloud transfer within the agreed timeframe.

5. Hosting & Storage

Virtual tour links, 3D walkthroughs, and hosted video content are provided with a complimentary 90-day hosting period from the date of delivery. Continued hosting beyond 90 days is available at a rate of $100 per additional 6-month period.

6. Revisions

Minor post-processing adjustments are included at no additional cost. Significant reshoots or additional editing beyond the original agreed scope will be quoted separately.

7. Perpetual Media Rights

360 ProScan Advanced Imaging retains a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, publish, and promote any photographs, video, 3D scan data, virtual tour content, or other media captured during the engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

360 ProScan's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Lee County, Florida.

10. Pre & Post Disaster Documentation

Pre & Post Disaster Documentation is billed as two separate engagements at $400 each. Each visit is scheduled, documented, and invoiced independently.

11. Virtually Yours — VR Goggle Package

A credit card authorization hold of $1,000.00 will be placed at time of shipment and released upon confirmed return of the Meta Quest headset in original condition.

12. Payment

Payment is due in full upon delivery of services. Accepted via Zelle (preferred), cash, or credit/debit card. Credit and debit card payments subject to a 3% processing fee. Balances unpaid after 96 hours subject to 1.5% per month late fee.

13. Beyond the Front Door — Community Amenities

Access to community amenities is subject to HOA restrictions, gate access, and weather conditions. Where access is denied, all other services will be delivered and the package price reduced to the corresponding Immersive 3D Photography tier rate.
